Recipe: Nutella Vanilla Frost

Now tell me, who doesn't love nutella?! That also in a chiller shake form, best way to beat the heat! I tried this recipe via trial and error but turned out really good! Do give it a try. Warning: it's a little addicting!! ;)

Ingredients: (serves 1 person)

3 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp nutella
3 wafers of your choice (I used hazelnut flavored to complement the nutella)
1 cup milk (you can use low/full fat)
chocolate syrup as required

Method:

Get all your ingredients ready to blend. It just makes life easier, instead of you jumping from one corner of your kitchen to the other.

Once your ingredients are ready. Pour the milk, vanilla ice cream, nutella and wafers into the blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes until shake texture forms.

Drizzle the chocolate syrup into your serving cup while rotating the cup to form a messy texture around the corners of the cup. Then, pour your shake and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top the shake with extra crushed wafers and chocolate syrup.

Recipe: Crepes !!

Now tell me who doesn't love a share of crepes!! I'm going to share an amazing yet simple recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup full fat milk
3 whole eggs
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp vanilla essence
Filling as per personal preference

Method:

Take a bowl and mix the flour with milk until no lumps are visible.

Then add the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract and mix. Later, add the melted butter. Grease a pan with butter and place it on low to medium heat. Using a round spoon pour the batter onto the pan. Twist the pan around to form a thin and equally spread layer. Once the bottom side turns golden-ish brown flip your crepe over and cook the other side for a minute or two.

Once your crepes are ready. Spread some nutella and fold the crepes twice to make bite size portions.
Remember you can fill the crepes as desired. Options are: nutella with bananas and honey, cheese, jam, peanut butter, assorted nuts, fresh fruits etc..

Voila!! yummy crepes are ready to be served!!
